1. Introduction

Welcome to Weaver's Loom, a purveyor of fine, handcrafted carpets. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of products from our collection, your use of our website (the "Site"), and all interactions with our brand, including our white-glove delivery service. By using our services and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To place an order with Weaver's Loom, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding contract. You affirm that you will use our Site and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all our policies.

3. Account and Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, and shipping information for all purchases made through our service. This includes your name, contact details, payment information, and precise delivery address. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. The individual who places the order is considered the primary responsible party for the transaction.

4. Product Representation and Uniqueness

All carpets sold by Weaver's Loom are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind items. We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our products as accurately as possible through high-resolution photography and detailed descriptions. However, you acknowledge that minor variations in color (known as "abrash"), pattern, and size are inherent characteristics of handmade goods and are not considered defects. These variations are a hallmark of authenticity and craftsmanship. An order is not confirmed until you receive an official order confirmation from Weaver's Loom.

5. Fees and Pricing

All product prices are listed in US Dollars ($) and are exclusive of any applicable sales tax and shipping/delivery fees, which will be calculated and added at checkout. You are charged based on the prices listed at the time of your order. Due to the unique nature of our inventory, full payment is required at the time of order to secure your selected carpet. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

6. White-Glove Delivery

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and ensuring that our delivery team has safe and reasonable access to the premises and the designated room. Once our white-glove delivery team has placed the carpet and you (or your designated representative) have signed the delivery confirmation, the responsibility for the carpet's care and condition transfers to you. Weaver's Loom is not liable for any damage that occurs after the successful completion of delivery, including but not limited to spills, stains, sun damage, or damage from improper cleaning.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Disputes

You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the carpet must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. All returns are subject to a restocking fee, which covers the cost of specialized return shipping and inspection. This fee will be deducted from your refund. **Custom-commissioned carpets are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has commenced.** If you believe a product has a significant manufacturing defect, you must contact our client services team within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

The "Weaver's Loom" name, logo, website content, text, photography, and all related service names and brand assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Weaver's Loom. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use our Site for personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our brand assets or Site content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

You agree not to use our Site for any unlawful purpose or to post any content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing. In no event shall Weaver's Loom, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability in connection with any product purchased through our Site is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms, the courts of New York County, New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be posted on our Site. Your continued use of our services after any such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
