The journey to a bespoke carpet begins with a conversation. Contact us with the "Custom Commission" subject, detailing your desired size, colors, materials, and any design inspiration you have. We will then partner you with an artisan liaison who will guide you through the design process, provide mock-ups, and oversee the creation of your one-of-a-kind piece from start to finish.

Absolutely. Most of our carpets are enabled with our powerful "View in Room" Augmented Reality (AR) feature on their product pages. This allows you to use your smartphone's camera to virtually place the carpet in your own space, giving you an excellent sense of its scale and style. For trade professionals, we can also provide high-resolution files for use in digital renderings.

Our flagship showroom and design studio is located in New York City. While we primarily operate online to bring our collection to a global audience, we do offer private, by-appointment viewings for clients and trade partners in the area. Please contact us to inquire about scheduling a visit.
